Mrs. Helen Maria WORTHINGTON JOY, widow of Charles H. JOY, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 1981 at Pleasant Area Hospital, Jacksonville. Born in Pittsfield, a daughter of William H. and Clara VANNATTA WORTHINGTON. She married Charles H. JOY at Trinity Episcopal Church in Jacksonville on Dec. 10, 1929. Mr. Joy preceeded her in death, 1947.

Funeral services were held Fri. at 11 a.m. at the Trinity Episcopal Church, which she was a member of. Burial was in Diamond Grove Cemetery. The original obit for information on children.
